By entering this website you agree to all of the terms and conditions as set out below;
Payment on arrival is by cash or cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card.
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy or the full amount will be charged.
Late cancellations and premature departures will be charged in full.
Rooms to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Check-in from 4pm - 7pm or at other times by arrangement only. We have a no pets and no smoking policy, although you are welcome to smoke in our garden.
