Booking Terms

General Policy

A 1 night non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking
Full Payment is required on arrival. Payment can be made by Debit card or Pounds Sterling or by credit card.
A 5 working days cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations and premature departures will be paid in full
Rooms to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
Check-in form 4pm -10pm or at other times by arrangement only. We have a no pets and no smoking policy. although you are welcome to smoke in our garden.
Guests smoking anywhere inside building will be liable to pay a£100.00 cleaning fee and be asked to leave
