Room homely and quiet and bed really comfy. Cooked breakfast was perfect (with plenty of other options!) and the host Wendy was lovely. Would definitely stay again!

My wife with and I stayed here 2 nights whilst attending a spiritual convention at one of the colleges. Wendy the host was most friendly, communicated with us at appropriate times. She was also very flexible with regards to timing for arrival, breakfast etc. Would be more than happy to stay here if back in Cambridge.

We stayed here for one night, the room and en suite were very clean with white bedding and fluffy towels, a very good compliment tray and toiletries in the bathroom .There is on site parking.The breakfast ,which was served in a clean breakfast room, was excellent with boxed cereals and fresh fruit salad, followed by your breakfast option choice, we both had the full English, which came with your choice of free range eggs, local sausage, thick cut bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans, served with toast and choice of jams. The Wi Fi worked very well.Wendy the hostand owner was very approachable, friendly and keen to please.We would definitely return if in the area again, and would recommend.

I stayed for one night in the single room. I liked the single room in a separate area which made it very private and comfortable. Breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was lovely. Leverton House is on bus route into the centre of Cambridge so it is really convenient. I would have no hesitation staying here again.

We chose Leverton House as it is very quick and easy to get into Cambridge on the Park and Ride bus.Our room was very clean and comfortable and Wendy, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The Breakfast was excellent and served in a pretty room.It is very good value for the area, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay.

Leverton House worked well for our 2 night stay in Cambridge. Good quality clean accommodation and personal service with good breakfast. Conveniently en-route into town with option of using numbered buses or quick and frequent P&R service from the airport stop. We did overshoot when relying on postcode in sat nav; worth noting that this property is on the corner of Newmarket Road and Meadowlands Road.

Leverton house was a lovely, little house with parking at the front and side. It's perfectly situated, taking only 5 minutes to the nearest park and ride. It also took us around 50-60 minutes to walk to the centre of Cambridge. Wendy was a very accommodating host who catered perfectly for my dietary needs (vegan). We will definitely stay again should we visit Cambridge!

From the moment Wendy greeted me with her lovely smile at Leverton House, I felt we had known each other for a while. She is so warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her.I had a fabulously tasty cooked breakfast every morning which set me up for most of the day, then apart from keeping hydrated, I just had a light meal at tea-time.The room and en suite were clean and comfortable and light with good ventilation and heating.There's ample free parking if you wish it, but the Park and Ride bus takes you into town and the bus stop is about 6 minutes walk away. The bus runs every 10 minutes. The no. 3 bus also services the area and take you to the Grafton Shopping Centre and the train station. You can also walk from one shopping area to the other in about 15 minutes.I would definitely recommend staying at Leverton House B&B.

The place is nice, cozy and clean, but the best part is the host. She is very kind and helpful and makes a delicious homemade breakfast.Highly recommend it if you have to find an accommodation around the airport.

A warm welcome was received by Wendy. Room was nice a clean as was bathroom, everything was in place as you would expect. Location is a 10-12 min bus ride from city centre costing £2 per adult 1 way. The welcome was warm, the room clean, comfortable, warm and well equipped. The mattress and pillows were soft unlike so many places we've visited.The breakfast choice was varied and delicious, I really can't fault this B and B, I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Cambridge is a great place to visit, lots to see and do, you must visit the Fitzwjilliam museum. Leverton House B&B is a lovely, comfortable base to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and the choice of breakfasts is fantastic. Very good value for money. Hopefully we will visit again

The family room is perfect to acomodate a family of four. Clean and with every detail you might need. Beds were comfortable and it has a good amoun of different choices for brekfast. A really good choice without a doubt.

The B&B is conveniently situation near the centre of Cambridge (though the traffic is dire!). It was extremely comfortable and clean and Wendy bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Lovely continental breakfast (which we requested) with masses of fresh fruit, yogurt and croissants, plus toast, juice and coffee! Thanks!

This is the second time I have stayed here for work, and again it did not disappoint.Wendy, the host made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed.I stayed in the building in the garden, not the house and the room was plenty big enough for a solo traveler, with a comfortable bed and a WiFi signal strong enough for me to get work done. It is perfectly situated to get into the centre of the town very easily. I will definitely be staying here again.

Wendy welcomed us and was very kind, helping us out with ice packs for our coolbag. Our breakfast was delicious and Wendy had a gluten-free toaster for my gluten-free bread. Leverton House is a very conveniently positioned guest house with fast access to the city centre via regular hop on and hop off bus [passing directly outside]. There is a Marks & Spencer express store five mins walk away. The room and bed were immaculate and very comfortable. The shower was good and shampoo etc is provided. I found it much quieter than if I'd stayed in the epicenter of the city so slept extremely well. The host, Wendy is really friendly and keen to help. She makes a brilliant breakfast and guests are given loads of choice. The bowl of fresh fruit was a delightful touch. Definitely staying here if I go to Cambridge again.

Spotlessly clean and quiet room with large shower room. Excellent breakfast with a large and varied choice of breakfast. Good location with central Cambridge within 5-10 minutes by taxi.Room included good selection of teas and coffee and the host was very helpful.

The rooms are a good size, clean with a good size en suite. Most essentials are provided in the en-suite for A SINGLE NIGHT although I suggest you take your own toiletries. There is plenty of tea, coffee and water available in the room. The breakfast choice is fantastic and well prepared. The host is very nice and helpful. The location of Leverton house is on a fairly busy road near the airport but not overly noisy. There is also some welcome outside space on a warm day. Parking in Leverton house is a bit tight for more than two cars but there is plenty of parking on the adjacent side street. We will definitely use Leverton House again if we are in the area.

Breakfast was the highlight for me. A delicious vegan full English and the best fruit salad I've every had. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable and the hosts absolutely lovely and helpful. All within close proximity to the best that Cambridge has to offer.Would definitely book again.

Stayed for 2 nights with family for a wedding locally. We hired all 5 rooms . Wendy kept us updated prior and during our stay. Rooms were lovely and clean and had everything we required. Lovely outside seating area which we utilised one evening in the good weather. Breakfast menu was great with fresh fruit salad and selections for all. Definitely be back if in the area

Wendy is a really wonderful host. She was so helpful in recommending a local gastro pub ( The Plough) in Fen Ditton for dinner. The house is easy to find and there is plenty of parking on the adjacent street. The park and ride is 2 minutes drive away which is free for 18 hoursand only £3 return into the centre of Cambridge.Our family room was huge. A king-sized bed plus 2 singles, armchair andwardrobe. It was comfortable and spotless. The en-suite sparkled! We had tea and coffee- making facilities with china cups and fresh milk too. The bedding was of high quality and the bed was very comfortable.The breakfast was cooked to perfection and was completely delicious. I liked everything about this place and would recommend that you book in advance.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Was everything I expected and more for a B&B. Clean room. Comfortable Bed, Quiet at night. Close to the park & ride bus service. Good breakfast and lots of choice as well. Staff very friendly and happy to help.

Our bedroom and en-suite were fitted out to a high standard. It, as well as the general areas, were also well maintained showing the care Wendy has for her business. We also appreciated the little touches in our room - tea, coffee, bottled water etc. Although a little out of the town centre, there is a regular nearby bus service which only takes approximately 10 minutes, which we took advantage of. Having off road parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

The en-suite family room is a good size - wouldn't feel crowded with a family of four.The house and room were clean and comfortable, with a great choice for breakfast.Wendy was very accommodating - allowed us to check in in the morning, rather than the usual check in time from 4:00pm onwards, as we were going to a wedding in the afternoon. Ask to see the pond in the back garden!

Loved our stay at Leverton house - room was cosy and clean and Wendy's breakfast was wonderful. The place also has a beautiful garden with carps that our three year old loved! Easy ride into town with the bus, or a 50 minute walk on the river. Really excellent stay, thanks!

The property is in a good location, we were able to park the car and get a Bus into town. A well keep property, the room was very nice. We enjoyed our breakfast, the hosts are very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little B&B on the outskirts of town, but easily accessible to/from the centre. The lady running the establishment was very welcoming and we had a clean, comfortable room with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a hot and powerful shower. For a relatively small establishment, there was a huge choice for breakfast (although you do need to order the night before). Car parking at the front ought to be sufficient for three cars but, in reality, the positioning of the driveway means it's difficult to get more than two cars in there (unless they are all small cars). That said, the B&B is in a quiet residential location and there is plenty space available to park on the road by the side (off the main road), which is more than can be said for some of the B&Bs we have stayed at more centrally in Cambridge. All in all, an excellent place to stay and thoroughly recommended.

We stayed for one night in Leverton House in mid May, along with cousins visiting from Australia. Our room was beautiful, clean with everything we needed. The park and ride was close by and made getting to the centre of Cambridge very easy. The breakfast was unbelievable, by far the best in any hotel or b&b, both meat and vegetarian options were great. The fruit salad was the best ever. Would recommend and definitely return. Wendy made us very welcome .

Hidden in a cute neighborhood, this B&B has a warm and cozy charm, with small yet comfortable rooms, private bathroom and a delicious breakfast in the morning. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. Our room was very clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom had toiletries available. It was located on a main road but we couldn't here the traffic and sleeping was not a problem. I struggle to sleep in different beds but the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well. There was a large choice for breakfast including fresh fruit. We had cooked full english. It was cooked fresh and very nice. Husband enjoyed the tea, it was the best cup we have had while on our holidays. The location was good for Cambridge. We would have no hesitation in going back or recommending Leverton House as a place to stay.

We spent a couple of days in Cambridge at Wendy's house, I believe we were lucky to find such nice accommodation. Wendy is amazing, she manages to run the B&B all by herself. We're looking forward to the breakfast, which was described as excellent in many reviews and we weren't disappointed.Highly recommended: If you'll need a place to stay in Cambridge and you're lucky enough to find a spot, book it, you won't regret it.

Could not fault my stay really. I had booked a single room but theheater was playing up so Wendy(hostess) put me straight into the room next door which was a double at no extra charge upon my arrival. Wendy was very friendly and I felt at ease at once. The roomwas nice and clean and the bed was comfy. I enjoyed a excellent breakfast and coffee. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Leverton House B&B for a night when I was visiting my daughter in Cambridge.Everything about my stay surpassed my expectations. The property is extremely well presented. My room was spacious, stylish, spotlessly clean and warm. It was kitted out with everything one might need. Wendy is a very amicable hostess. She offered a wide choice of breakfast, I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Wendy had also prepared a delicious fresh fruit salad. I will definitely be staying at Leverton House again and can thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay when visiting Cambridge. The location is very good to get into Cambridge with a park and ride close by that is reasonably priced. The owner is extremely helpful, there was nothing too much trouble. We will definitely stay again if we come to Cambridge.

In Cambridge for the night for work, and picked this hotel as it was convenient for the office and the city. There's a bus stop not far from the hotel to get into the city, or it’s only a 35 minute walk. Stayed in a single room out the back so was nice and quiet, and has a chilled little garden out the back which was great to relax in with some takeaway. Wendy is super nice, and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely be back to stay again.

After a long drive from Guildford, it was such a relief to meet with Wendy's friendly and warm welcome. She was full of helpful information and concerned for my comfort. I loved the single room, which had everything I needed and lots of character. I appreciated the thoughtful and practical touch of a little bathroom spray -- not something anyone ever thinks to pack! Breakfast in the sunshine on the patio was a great way to start the morning, and really delicious too. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night only. Comfortable clean rooms and very good breakfast. Everything as expected and no surprises. Friendly service. Plenty of roadside parking available near the property. Just 10 minutes by car to Cambridge city. Didn’t check WiFi. We used own data.

It was an absolute pleasure to staying at Leverton House. We had a family room which was decorated tastefully and immaculately clean. The room was large and comfortable. There was a wide choice for breakfast we tried several and they were all wonderful. Wendy was an amazing and caring host, nothing was a trouble and was extremely contactable and responsive not only prior to the stay though throughout our stay. We walked to the city along the river it takes 45min.

We stayed in the garden rooms of Leverton House and had a lovely cooked breakfast outside. Would definitely recommend.

I live about a 3 hour drive from Cambridge so for my recent family visit and, for the first time, I decided to stay overnight.I'm so glad I chose Leverton House. The double room (en suite) that I chose was clean and comfortable with everything I needed including tea/coffee making facility, biscuits to keep me going and a TV to catch up with the news and favourite programmes.Outside is a quiet and secluded space which, given that I tend to be up at 6.30am, I was able to sit quietly in.The breakfast choice was very comprehensive and of very good quality.I don't know how Wendy manages it whilst being such a lovely and welcoming person to talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will book again, such is my recommendation of Wendy and Leverton House. Thank you, Wendy. :-)

Convenient location and an excellent breakfast. I've stayed here a few times, it's easy to access by car, accomodation is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is very good.

The room is clean, bright and comfort. The breakfast is delicious.

The Leverton House is truly delicious, with attention to detail, very clean and in perfect English style.Wendy, the owner, is so kind and welcoming and attentive to guests' needs. What a delight to be met by the accommodating Wendy upon my arrival , she runs a beautiful B&B. Bright, clean room with ensuite shower. Room not very big but perfectly functional and comfortable with lovely bedding and king size bed. Very busy main road but good double glazing to keep noise out as long as windows shut. Excellent choice of breakfast beautifully cooked.Warm welcome. Would happily stay here again if in the area. Would have given it 5 stars if room had been bigger.

I stayed at Leverton House for 2 nights March 2019. This was a return visit, having stayed here several times previously. Facilities are superb and reasonably priced, and Wendy the proprietor is always friendly and helpful, also supplying a delicious breadfast. As always, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

I recently spent 2 nights here in connection with my involvement in major sports tournaments held nearby.Previously I have stayed at Leverton House on a couple of occasions, and I am likely to return in the near future.The accommodation is comfortable, breakfast excellent, and overall facilities everything which could be desired or required.

Wendy is a perfect host, bedroom and bathroom are kept really clean and the breakfasts offer great choice and are more than satisfying!Location is within minutes of a bus stop making it really easy to travel into Cambridge without taking a car.Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely sunny weekend in Cambridge and used Leverton House as our base. Nothing was too much trouble for Wendy who proved to be a very friendly host. Breakfast was lovely - lots of tempting choices. Or daughter loved the pancakes! If staying in the area again we would definitely return.

During a recent sporting event where I had been invited to act as an official, I stayed for two nights at Leverton House.I discovered the accommodation via the internet, and am very pleased to have done so.My chalet type room to the rear of the main house was clean, comfortable, well equipped, reasonably priced and in a quiet location.The proprietor is friendly and helpful, and supplied an excellent well-cooked breakfast.I have no hesitation in recommending Leverton House to anyone visiting the area, and should I be invited to this tournament again next season, which is a distinct possibility, I definitely intend to return here again.

My wife and I stayed over the Easter w/e.The weather was poor but our family room at Leverton was excellent. Wendy made us feel very welcome and our Family room had a comfy king bed and was clean and roomy.Breakfast was a vast feast with lots of choice both continental and cooked.Overall this was a place to remember and hopefully return to.Parking was a little difficult but plenty of room in the side street ( don't be put off by this).

Had a lovely stay for a Mother's Day treat, really clean and comfortable room, friendly owner and delicious breakfast - best we've EVER had and we have been visiting various b&bs for a couple of years now! Will definitely return, thank you very much :-)

My wife and I stayed for a weekend, the welcome, hospitality and overall stay was excellent. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean, breakfast is superb. We will definitely be booking again and would recommend to family and friends.

We stayed here for 2 nights so that we could explore Cambridge, which is a lovely and interesting place. We left our car at Leverton House and took a 10 minute walk to the park and ride to get a bus into town.When we arrived we received a warm and friendly welcome from Wendy, and were shown to our clean, comfortable and large room. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in a guest house or hotel. We would recommend Leverton House, and would definitely use it again if we were in the area.

Lovely b&b, the breakfasts were superb and we were made to feel so welcome. The parking is a bit of a tight squeeze and the bedrooms a bit on the small side but overall a lovely place to stay. Not far from the park and ride into Cambridge so handy to get into the city. would thoroughly recommend.

I stayed at Leverton House with my husband and our 4 month old baby for the weekend. The room was small but very clean and well kept. Our host Wendy was friendly and acommodating and made us glad we had picked Leverton House for our stay. I would recommend this B&B to anyone who would like good value acommodation just outside the city centre.

The room and en-suite was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast beautifully cooked by the owner Wendy had plenty of options which was served on a well laid table with plenty of fresh fruit. a very good address for short stay, friendly service, clean, comfortable and nice breakfast.

Located outside the city centre, Leverton B&B offers great value for money. The room was spotlessly clean, the host was very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent and varied. It is on a main road that is noisy during the day - this was not an issue as we were out and the road is fine at night.

We stayed at Leverton house for 2 nights on the 17th & 18th of August and couldn't have asked for a better B & B !Leverton House is on a bus route into the city, so it was very convenient for us to leave our car and travel in without the hassle of car parking.We had a twin upstairs room at the front of the house and it was very clean, comfortable and homely. Wendy the owner, provided everything to help us feel at home and the breakfasts were amazing !We would certainly recommend anyone looking for a handy place to stay to consider here.There was some road traffic noise as we were at the front of the house, so if you are a light sleeper, ask Wendy if the upstairs rear room is available - or in the annexe at the back of the house.All in all - a great place to stay !

Thank you Wendy for making our 5-days stay so pleasant. The room was large enough and provided everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a hot tea or coffee and some nice biscuits every night. The ensuite had a good size shower. We really liked your breakfast: so much variation, all fresh and tasteful: the perfect way to start your day. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the P&R bus stop, taking you into the city centre in 10 to 15 minutes (12 pounds per week for 16+ for all your P&R trips). Overall the best B&B experience we had in the UK so far. Highly recommended when visiting Cambridge.

We recently stayed at Leverton House having selected it after viewing comments on Trip Advisor. It was everything people had said about it. The room was spotless, extremely well equipped and Wendy, the proprietor, was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choice. The location is excellent for visiting Cambridge with the park and ride facility very near. I have no hesitation in recommending Leverton House.

We stay here for one night and we find that it was definitely what we want for as a great B&B. The room is quite clean and comfortable, with sweet smell which smooth our tiredness, since we have a long journey for arrival. The space of toilet is quite big, also with bright light, we all take a nice shower. In the morning we all have a rich and tasty breakfast, and are surprised by the variety choice for breakfast. Also, the owner of this house gave us a warm welcome, being nice to all of us, and willing to answer all the questions we had.(even though we didn't get there at the time we mentioned by email)Next time when we get the chance to visit Cambridge again, Leverton House Bed & Breakfast will definitely be our choice to have a stay again!plus, there's a lovely garden in the backyard which you can't miss it!

This is a wonderful, relaxing B&B. We arrived late in the evening on Easter Sunday. Wendy greeted us warmly and even made sandwiches for us when it became apparent that there was no place nearby that was opened for a quick bite. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the omelettes at breakfast were great.

Overall outstanding support from the owner, room very clean and well furbished.Arriving very very late the owner made every effort to support my arrival waiting until 2a.m.; breakfast very good with many options available.I absolutely recommend staying at this B&B if you need to stay at Cambridge or in the vicinity.

I stayed at Leverton House on Wednesday 19th December. The welcome was very friendly. The room was immaculate - very clean with nice furniture, bedding and carpets.The bathroom was amazing.Little touches - like coffee/tea/cookies/bottled water and a selection of toiletries - all very welcome.I would definitely recommend Leverton House and will stay again as it's very convenient for my place of work.Unfortunately I didn't stay to sample the breakfast but the breakfast room looked very welcoming and I'm sure the breakfast matched the standard of accommodation.Thank you very much!

Our room was beautiful and clean. The ceiling was high and there's a window in the ceiling, where the moonlight shined through. Wendy was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good. If I come back to Cambridge, I would definitely come to stay in Leverton !!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Leverton House for 3 nights as we were in Cambridge for a business trip . From the moment we arrived, Wendy greeted us warmly and was the perfect proprietor.We had selected the famiy room on the first floor and our room was shiny clean and so comfortable.The matresses were just right and the bed linens felt wonderful.The bathroom looked new with shiny tiles, a stand up shower with strong water pressure, and a heated towel rack.The wifi was always consistent and had a strong signal.There was a wall mounted TV we did not use.Breakfast was so welcoming in a beautiful breakfast room , set with blue dishes , looking out to the back yard.Cooked to order breakfast was delicious with many choices including a fresh fruit assortmant, crispy bacon, pancakes, full English, etc.Wendy was a delightful hostess and so helpful with directions, suggestions,etc.The back yard area a delight with chairs in the gardens, a large koi fish pond and a guest house in the back.The location was close to several bus stops as we did not have a car, but for those who did there was ample parking in front.We will for sure stay at the Leverton House when we are in Cambridge in the future.

We found Leverton House to be exactly what one would expect. It was very clean with an attentive host who provided excellent breakfasts. The room was very comfortable with a good quality en-suite. Parking was a little tight for four cars, but then we have a large 4x4 so our fault really. If you are at the front the traffic noise can intrude if you have the windows open. As we were there on the hottest weekend of the year it may have been nice to have had somewhere else to retreat to, such as an area in the garden, but this does not detract from the excellence of the accomodation. Good recomendation of where to eat locally. "The Plough" is a lovely pub / restaurant with a very pleasant riverside garden.

Wendy was cheerful and helpful, offering to do our laundry when asked for directions to the nearest launderette.She has made our stay a very pleasant one and we would highly recommend Leverton House to anyone visiting Cambridge. We very much enjoyed staying at leverton house. Everything was spotless clean, everything you needed provided, a lovely host and great breakfast! we would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for twonights with my 16 year old grandson while he attended a trial with CUFU. Debated over which B&B to choose and chose Leverton House because of the excellent reviews. The best choice I could have made. The whole accommodationis spotless and verycomfortable. We were truly made to feel very welcomed both when we arrived and throughout our short stay, Wendy is a very genuine person andgoes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to please. Excellent information provided about the accommodation, local area and transport. My grandson said it was the best place he has ever stayed in. We really appreciated the choice of breakfast and this being freshly cooked on arrival down for breakfast. I would definitely highly recommend Leverton House to anyone visitng the area and will be my first choice any time I visit Cambridge.

Leverton House was very well appointed, the breakfast delicious. It is on the main road, but very quiet. The hosts were very considerate. An enjoyable stay

very nice and handy for the park and ride, very nice room and breakfast, room was spotless, would go back and recommend to every one. all the best.

We booked with Wendy directly on her website rather then with booking.com as it was much cheaper.We did it late but it all went through very smoothly.On arrival we were very pleasantly surprised with the very high standard of accommodation, everything was near new, very clean and beautifully presented.We were a little worried beforehand about noise asit was next to the airport and on the main road, but we needn't have worried as the noise levels were fine.Wendy was a very pleasant and the breakfast the next morning was very good with a wide selection and very tasty!Would definitely recommend :)
